You may terminate the lease agreement at any time with prior notice. Upon termination, we will cease providing server access, and any remaining data on the server will be deleted after a specified period, which will be communicated to you in advance.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the leased server, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or business disruptions.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the leased server, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our server lease services constitutes your acceptance of any modified terms.
